A vibrant collaboration between Chef Kiki and the renowned tea village of Hadong, South Korea. Commissioned by the Korean Cultural Center, this project was designed to introduce Korean traditional teas and green tea culture to a global audience. Inspired by these heritage flavors, Chef Kiki created a series of inventive culinary dishes that garnered international acclaim.
